The Wenonah Dragons softball team scored 24 runs and limited the visiting Woodlawn Colonels to 22 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Wenonah moves its record to 4-5 on the year. The Dragons travel to Aliceville (Aliceville, AL) to clash with the Yellowjackets in a non-league game on Thursday, March 24. The Yellowjackets come into the game with a record of 1-7. Aliceville lost 20-0 in their recent league game against Sulligent (Sulligent, AL)
In their next game, the Colonels clash with the Wenonah Dragons (Birmingham, AL) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 5. Woodlawn will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record.
