The Lenoir City Panthers crushed the host Austin-East Roadrunners baseball team by a count of 24-4 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Heritage for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 23. Lenoir City will face a Mountaineers team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Halls (Knoxville, TN). The Mountaineers record now stands at 2-5.
Next, the Roadrunners face the South-Doyle Cherokees (Knoxville, TN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 27. Austin-East will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Cherokees enter the bout with a 0-3 record after their 7-5 non-league loss to Anderson County (Clinton, TN).
