The Lake View Wild Gators baseball team scored 4 runs and limited the visiting Latta Vikings to 2 in the Wild Gators league victory on Tuesday.
The Wild Gators (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Green Sea Floyds (Green Sea, SC). The Trojans go into the 1A Region 6 match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Green Sea Floyds edged East Columbus (Lake Waccamaw, NC), 13-2, in a non-league match.
The Vikings (4-3) will now prepare for their match against Cheraw (Cheraw, SC). The Braves go into the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Cheraw by Buford (Lancaster, SC), 4-1, in a league match.
