The Mount View Golden Knights crushed the visiting Montcalm Generals baseball team by a tally of 17-7 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Golden Knights now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to River View for a Coalfield AA bout on Thursday, March 23. Mount View will face a Raiders team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Grundy (Grundy, VA). The Raiders record now stands at 2-1.
Next, the Generals face the River View Raiders (Bradshaw, WV) in a Coalfield AA bout, on Tuesday, March 28. Montcalm will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
