The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Lake Pointe Academy Mariners (York, SC) and the host Butler Bulldogs (Matthews, NC), saw Lake Pointe Academy's volleyball squad beat Butler by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Lake Pointe Academy upgrades its record to 4-0 on the year. The Mariners travel to Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC) to play the Knights in a bout on Tuesday, March 28. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 2-1.

The Bulldogs now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Legion Collegiate Academy for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 23. Butler will play a Lancers squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC). The Lancers record now stands at 0-1.
