The Von Steuben Panthers held off the host Payton College Prep Grizzlies volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's league test.
The Panthers now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Amundsen for a test on Thursday, March 23. Von Steuben will confront a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Taft (Chicago, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 1-1.
The Grizzlies (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Jones (Chicago, IL). The Eagles enter the test with a 1-2 record.
