The Phoenix (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against El Cerrito (El Cerrito, CA). The Gauchos enter the non-league challenge with a 8-5 record. In their last challenge, El Cerrito defeated Pinole Valley (Pinole, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Vikings encounter the Redwood Christian Eagles (San Lorenzo, CA) in a Bay Counties challenge, on Friday, March 24. Valley Christian will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 3-1 league loss to Head-Royce (Oakland, CA).
