In Tuesday's league test, the host Merion Mercy Academy Golden Bears lacrosse squad scored a tight 16-15 victory over the Villa Joseph Marie Jems.

The Golden Bears now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gwynedd Mercy Academy for a Catholic Academies test on Tuesday, March 28.

In their next game, the Jems face the Nazareth Academy (Philadelphia, PA) in a Catholic Academies test, on Tuesday, March 28. Villa Joseph Marie will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
