The South View Tigers (Hope Mills, NC) baseball nipped the host Gray's Creek Bears (Hope Mills, NC), 4-3 in Tuesday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Tigers play the Cape Fear Colts (Fayetteville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, March 24. South View will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Colts enter the contest with a 5-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Southern Lee (Sanford, NC).

The Bears now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pine Forest for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 23. Gray's Creek will play a Trojans squad coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Harnett Central (Angier, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 1-4.
