Texas High School Softball - Boerne-Champion bounces Pieper

The Boerne-Champion Chargers (Boerne, TX) softball routed the visiting Pieper Warriors (San Antonio, TX), 14-4 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Chargers (6-9) will now prepare for their bout against Smithson Valley (Spring Branch, TX). The Rangers go into the 5A Region IV District 26 bout with a 12-11 record. In their last bout, Smithson Valley was routed by Canyon (New Braunfels, TX), 7-0, in a league bout.

The Warriors now possess a 11-13 record. They play next when they travel to Tivy for a 5A Region IV District 26 bout on Friday, March 24. Pieper will battle a Antlers squad coming off a 9-3 league win over Wagner (San Antonio, TX). The Antlers record now stands at 11-7.
