North Carolina High School Softball - Jack Britt falls to Cape Fear

In Tuesday's league outing, the host Cape Fear Colts softball team scored a nice 11-1 win over the Jack Britt Buccaneers.

Coming up next, the Colts battle the South View Tigers (Hope Mills, NC) in a United Eight 3A/4A outing, on Friday, March 24. Cape Fear will attempt to upgrade on its 6-0 season record. The Tigers enter the outing with a 8-1 record after their 3-1 league win over Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC).

The Buccaneers (4-6) will now prepare for their outing against Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC). The Bears enter the United Eight 3A/4A outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Gray's Creek was routed by South View (Hope Mills, NC), 3-1, in a league outing.
