The crowd at Tuesday's league match between the Crandall Pirates (Crandall, TX) and the host Ennis Lions (Ennis, TX), saw Crandall's softball squad nip Ennis by a count of 19-13.

The Pirates now sport a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Red Oak for a 5A Region II District 14 match on Tuesday, April 11.

With the loss, Ennis falls to 15-13 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Red Oak (Red Oak, TX) to face the Hawks in a 5A Region II District 14 match on Friday, March 24. The Hawks enter the match with a record of 6-8.
