West Virginia High School Softball - Lewis County bounces Fairmont Senior

March 21, 2023: Weston, WV 26452

Spectators at Tuesday's league match between the Lewis County Minutemen (Weston, WV) and the visiting Fairmont Senior Polar Bears (Fairmont, WV), witnessed Lewis County's softball squad tip Fairmont Senior by a count of 13-6.

The Minutemen now sport a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Preston for a Big Ten test on Thursday, March 23.

The Polar Bears (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Philip Barbour (Philippi, WV). The Colts enter the Big Ten test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Philip Barbour tipped Grafton (Grafton, WV), 7-6, in a non-league test.
