The Northwest Christian Crusaders baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Camp Verde Cowboys to 0 in the Crusaders league victory on Thursday.

The Crusaders (10-1) will now prepare for their match against Bourgade Catholic (Phoenix, AZ). The Golden Eagles go into the 3A North Central match with a 2-10 record. In their last match, Bourgade Catholic was overwhelmed by American Leadership Academy - West Foothills (Waddell, AZ), 16-8, in a non-league match.

The Cowboys (4-11) will now prepare for their match against Fountain Hills (Fountain Hills, AZ). The Falcons go into the 3A North Central match with a 9-6 record. In their last match, Fountain Hills was overwhelmed by Show Low (Show Low, AZ), 7-5, in a non-league match.
