Georgia High School Baseball - Wesleyan loses to Dawson County

In Thursday's league game, the visiting Dawson County Tigers baseball team scored a tight 6-1 victory over the Wesleyan Wolves.
The Tigers (12-5) will now prepare for their game against Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA). The Indians go into the 3A Area 7 game with a 9-8 record. In their last game, Lumpkin County was overwhelmed by Gilmer (Ellijay, GA), 5-4, in a league game.
The Wolves (5-9) will now prepare for their game against White County (Cleveland, GA). The Warriors go into the 3A Area 7 game with a 10-8 record. In their last game, White County tipped Johnson (Gainesville, GA), 8-2, in a non-league game.
