Coming up next, the Blackhawks encounter the North Wilkes Vikings (Hays, NC) in a Foothills 2A test, on Thursday, March 28. West Wilkes will attempt to improve on its 6-0 season record.

The Cardinals (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Surry Central (Dobson, NC). The Golden Eagles enter the Foothills 2A test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Surry Central prevailed over North Surry (Mount Airy, NC), 14-10, in a league test.
