Kentucky High School Softball - Monroe County gets by Warren Central

The Monroe County Falcons got by the visiting Warren Central Dragons softball squad by a count of 9-8 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Falcons (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Bowling Green (Bowling Green, KY). The Purples go into the non-league battle with a 1-6 record. In their last battle, Bowling Green nudged Grayson County (Leitchfield, KY), 11-9, in a non-league battle.

The Dragons now sport a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Adair County for a non-league battle on Friday, March 22. Warren Central will meet a Indians squad coming off a 7-5 non-league loss to McCreary Central (Stearns, KY). The Indians record now stands at 1-2.
