The Barbers Hill Eagles baseball squad scored 11 runs and limited the host Lee Ganders to 0 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Barbers Hill moves its record to 18-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Port Neches-Groves (Port Neches, TX) to confront the Indians in a 5A Region III District 17 match on Friday, April 4. The Indians come into the match with a record of 13-6.
The Ganders now possess a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Brook for a 5A Region III District 17 match on Tuesday, March 25. Lee will confront a Bruins squad coming off a 9-0 league loss to Nederland (Nederland, TX). The Bruins record now stands at 5-15.
