Texas High School Baseball - Spring nips Benjamin Davis

The Spring Lions baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Benjamin Davis Falcons to 10 in the Lions league win on Friday.

The Lions now own a 10-8 record. They play next when they host Eisenhower for a 6A Region II District 14 game on Tuesday, March 25. Spring will face a Eagles team coming off a 7-3 league loss to MacArthur (Houston, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 6-9.

Next, the Falcons face the Dekaney Wildcats (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region II District 14 game, on Tuesday, March 25. Benjamin Davis will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 12-9 record after their 6-3 league win over Westfield (Houston, TX).
