In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Clayton Greyhounds baseball team scored a close 10-4 win over the Brentwood Eagles.

The Greyhounds (3-1) will now prepare for their game against McCluer North (Florissant, MO). The Stars go into the Class 5 District 2 game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, McCluer North was overwhelmed by Hazelwood West (Hazelwood, MO), 12-0, in a non-league game.

Next, the Eagles play the Jefferson Blue Jays (Festus, MO) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 24. Brentwood will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Blue Jays go into the game with a 1-2 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to West County (Leadwood, MO).
