North Carolina High School Baseball - Person loses to Cedar Ridge

March 21, 2025: Hillsborough, NC 27278

Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC) followers left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Person Rockets (Roxboro, NC), 5-1 in a league match.

With the triumph, Cedar Ridge moves its record to 5-6 on the season. The Fighting Red Wolves travel to Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC) to battle the Eagles in a Central 3A match on Tuesday, March 25. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 5-4. Eastern Alamance won 10-3 in their recent non-league match against Page (Greensboro, NC)

The Rockets now possess a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Orange for a Central 3A match on Tuesday, March 25. Person will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 11-7 league win over Western Alamance (Elon, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 7-3.
