Georgia High School Baseball - South Paulding nips East Paulding

The South Paulding Spartans baseball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting East Paulding Raiders to 5 in the Spartans league win on Friday.
The Spartans now own a 15-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lithia Springs for a AAAAA Region 5 test on Monday, March 24. South Paulding will play a Lions team coming off a 14-1 league loss to Villa Rica (Villa Rica, GA). The Lions record now stands at 3-8.
With the defeat, East Paulding drops to 9-11 on the year. The Raiders host New Manchester (Douglasville, GA) to play the Jaguar in a AAAAA Region 5 test on Monday, March 24. The Jaguar go into the test with a record of 5-10. New Manchester won 5-0 in their recent league test against Rome (Rome, GA)
