North Carolina High School Baseball - E.E. Smith loses to Overhills

The Overhills Jaguars triumphed over the visiting E.E. Smith Golden Bulls baseball squad by a score of 15-1 in Friday's league outing.

Next up, the Jaguars encounter the Western Harnett Eagles (Lillington, NC) in a All American 3A/4A outing, on Tuesday, March 25. Overhills will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 1-7 record after their 8-7 non-league win over Union Pines (Cameron, NC).

The Golden Bulls (0-7) will now prepare for their outing against Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC). The Trojans enter the All American 3A/4A outing with a 7-3 record. In their last outing, Pine Forest was overwhelmed by Harnett Central (Angier, NC), 8-7, in a league outing.
