Texas High School Baseball - Union Grove nudged by Elysian Fields

In Friday's league bout, the Elysian Fields Yellowjackets (Elysian Fields, TX) baseball squad edged the host Union Grove Lions (Gladewater, TX), by a tally of 5-4.

Next up, the Yellowjackets encounter the Beckville Bearcats (Beckville, TX) in a 2A Region III District 19 test, on Tuesday, March 25. Elysian Fields will attempt to better on its 3-9 season record. The Bearcats go into the test with a 11-2 record after their 7-6 league win over Waskom (Waskom, TX).
