Illinois High School Baseball - Lawrenceville loses to Mt. Carmel

March 21, 2025: Lawrenceville, IL 62439

Mt. Carmel Golden Aces (Mt. Carmel, IL) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Lawrenceville Indians (Lawrenceville, IL), 11-1 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Mt. Carmel advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Golden Aces host Fairfield (Fairfield, IL) to battle the Mules in a non-league match on Saturday, March 22. The Mules come into the match with a record of 2-0. Fairfield won 18-3 in their recent non-league match against Grayville (Grayville, IL)

The Indians now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oblong/Hutsonville/Palestine for a non-league match on Wednesday, March 26.
