North Carolina High School Baseball - New Life Academy defeats Victory Christian

The New Life Academy Bobcats baseball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Victory Christian Eagles to 8 in the Bobcats league win on Friday.

The Bobcats now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Albemarle School for a non-league test on Monday, March 24. New Life Academy will play a Colts team coming off a 14-6 league loss to Ridgecroft (Ahoskie, NC). The Colts record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Victory Christian drops to 0-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to Bethel Assembly Christian Academy (Windsor, NC) to play the Eagles in a MACAA 1A North test on Monday, March 24. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 0-1. Bethel Assembly Christian Academy lost 12-1 in their recent non-league test against Faith Christian Academy (Goldsboro, NC)
