Texas High School Baseball - Three Rivers edges Sabinal

March 21, 2025: Three Rivers, TX 78071

The Three Rivers Bulldogs baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Sabinal Yellowjackets to 8 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Friday.

The Bulldogs now own a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to La Pryor for a 2A Region IV District 31 test on Tuesday, March 25. Three Rivers will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 18-1 league loss to Brackett (Brackettville, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-9.

With the defeat, Sabinal drops to 2-8 on the year. The Yellowjackets host Knippa (Knippa, TX) to clash with the Crushers in a 2A Region IV District 31 test on Tuesday, March 25. The Crushers go into the test with a record of 5-6. Knippa lost 13-2 in their recent league test against Falls City (Falls City, TX)
