The West Davidson Dragons triumphed over the visiting Salisbury Hornets baseball squad by a score of 14-4 in Friday's league outing.
Next up, the Dragons encounter the Thomasville Bulldogs (Thomasville, NC) in a Central Carolina 1A/2A outing, on Tuesday, March 25. West Davidson will attempt to advance on its 4-6 season record. The Bulldogs enter the outing with a 4-6 record after their 22-11 league win over North Rowan (Spencer, NC).
The Hornets (0-7) will now prepare for their outing against Concord (Concord, NC). The Spiders enter the non-league outing with a 1-8 record. In their last outing, Concord was overwhelmed by Carson (China Grove, NC), 11-1, in a league outing.
