California High School Volleyball - Hoover tips Mount Miguel

The Hoover Cardinals (San Diego, CA) volleyball held off the host Mount Miguel Matadors (Spring Valley, CA), 3-2 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Cardinals now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they host Bayfront Charter for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 25. Hoover will clash with a Sharks team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to San Ysidro (San Diego, CA). The Sharks record now stands at 0-3.

With the loss, Mount Miguel drops to 4-15 on the campaign. The Matadors travel to El Capitan (Lakeside, CA) to clash with the Vaqueros in a Grossmont Valley bout on Tuesday, March 25. The Vaqueros come into the bout with a record of 10-8.
