In Friday's league challenge, the visiting Menlo School Knights lacrosse squad scored a good 16-6 triumph over the Menlo-Atherton Bears.

The Knights (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA). The Monarchs go into the WBAL - Foothill challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Archbishop Mitty knocked off Los Altos (Los Altos, CA), 20-9, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bears clash with the St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats (San Francisco, CA) in a WBAL - Foothill challenge, on Wednesday, March 26. Menlo-Atherton will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 16-14 non-league win over Regis Jesuit (Aurora, CO).
