In Friday's league match, the Mira Costa Mustangs (Manhattan Beach, CA) lacrosse team overwhelmed the host Redondo Union Sea Hawks (Redondo Beach, CA), by a count of 14-6.
Next up, the Mustangs confront the Peninsula Panthers (Rolling Hills Estates, CA) in a Bay match, on Wednesday, March 26. Mira Costa will attempt to move on its 12-0 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 7-5 record after their 22-11 non-league loss to West Ranch (Valencia, CA).
The Sea Hawks (9-1) will now prepare for their match against Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA). The Sea Kings enter the Bay match with a 5-6 record. In their last match, Palos Verdes was overwhelmed by Royal (Simi Valley, CA), 12-11, in a non-league match.
