The Longhorns now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Liberty for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 25. Hamshire-Fannett will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 12-1 non-league win over Shepherd (Shepherd, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, Tarkington drops to 9-5 on the year. The Longhorns host Hargrave (Huffman, TX) to clash with the Falcons in a challenge on Tuesday, March 25. The Falcons go into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Hargrave lost 9-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Hardin-Jefferson (Sour Lake, TX)
