Fans at Friday's league battle between the Blythewood Bengals (Blythewood, SC) and the visiting West Florence Knights (Florence, SC), saw Blythewood's soccer squad hold off West Florence by a score of 2-1.
The Bengals (8-2) will now prepare for their battle against Sumter (Sumter, SC). The Gamecocks enter the battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Sumter tipped Wilson Hall (Sumter, SC), 5-0, in a non-league battle.
