The Zillah Leopards softball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Royal Knights to 5 in the Leopards non-league win on Friday.

The Leopards now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kiona-Benton for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 26. Zillah will confront a Bears team coming off a 19-8 non-league win over Quincy (Quincy, WA). The Bears record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Royal moves to 5-1 on the season. The Knights travel to River View (Kennewick, WA) to confront the Panthers in a non-league battle on Friday, March 28. The Panthers come into the battle with a record of 1-1.
