The South Bronx Prep Cougars lacrosse squad scored 12 points and limited the host Eagle Academy II Eagle to 1 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now hold a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bronx High School of Science for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 24. South Bronx Prep will clash with a Wolverines squad coming off a 17-6 league loss to Brooklyn Technical (Brooklyn, NY). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Eagle Academy II falls to 2-1 on the year. The Eagle host Douglass Academy (New York, NY) to clash with the Lions in a PSAL Championship challenge on Monday, March 24. The Lions go into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Douglass Academy won 15-9 in their recent league challenge against Jamaica (Jamaica, NY)
