In Friday's league outing, the visiting Columbia Capitals soccer squad scored a tight 4-1 victory over the Eau Claire Shamrocks.
The Capitals (5-1) will now prepare for their outing against Fairfield Central (Winnsboro, SC). The Griffins go into the AA Region 3 outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Fairfield Central Chester (Chester, SC), 1-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Shamrocks confront the Mid-Carolina Rebels (Prosperity, SC) in a AA Region 3 outing, on Tuesday, March 25. Eau Claire will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Rebels go into the outing with a 5-0 record after their 6-1 league win over Clinton (Clinton, SC).
