Berea Bulldogs (Greenville, SC) backers left the game pleased Friday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Eastside Eagles (Taylors, SC), 14-3 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Berea upgrades its record to 3-3 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Daniel (Central, SC) to play the Lions in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 25. The Lions enter the game with a record of 4-5. Daniel won 19-3 in their recent non-league game against Waccamaw (Pawley's Island, SC)

The Eagles now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Riverside for a AAAAA Region 2 game on Monday, March 24. Eastside will play a Warriors squad coming off a 4-2 league loss to Wade Hampton (Greenville, SC). The Warriors record now stands at 1-2.
