The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Colleton County Cougars (Walterboro, SC) and the host Bluffton Bobcats (Bluffton, SC), observed Colleton County's softball team prevail over Bluffton by a tally of 14-3.

The Cougars (5-0) will now prepare for their bout against Branchville (Branchville, SC). The Yellow Jackets go into the non-league bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Branchville knocked off Wagener-Salley (Wagener, SC), 13-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Bobcats clash with the May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC) in a AAAA Region 6 bout, on Monday, March 24. Bluffton will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Sharks go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 20-1 league win over Hilton Head Island (Hilton Head Island, SC).
