North Carolina High School Softball - East Bladen East Columbus

In Friday's league test, the East Columbus Gators (Lake Waccamaw, NC) softball squad the host East Bladen Eagles (Elizabethtown, NC), by a tally of 9-5.

Next, the Gators meet the South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC) in a Waccamaw 1A/2A test, on Tuesday, March 25. East Columbus will attempt to advance on its 8-2 season record. The Stallions go into the test with a 3-3 record after their 11-8 league win over Pender (Burgaw, NC).

The Eagles (1-2) will now prepare for their test against West Bladen (Bladenboro, NC). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, West Bladen held off South Columbus (Tabor City, NC), 4-2, in a non-league test.
