North Carolina High School Softball - Forestview North Gaston

The Forestview Jaguars softball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting North Gaston Wildcats to 1 in the Jaguars league win on Friday.

The Jaguars now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Gaston for a non-league battle on Monday, March 24. Forestview will confront a Warriors team coming off a 4-3 league loss to Cherryville (Cherryville, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 8-2.

With the loss, North Gaston moves to 3-6 on the season. The Wildcats host Highland Tech (Gastonia, NC) to confront the Rams in a non-league battle on Monday, March 24. The Rams come into the battle with a record of 6-3. Highland Tech won 25-4 in their recent league battle against Shelby (Shelby, NC)
