South Carolina High School Softball - Fort Mill sneaks past Northwestern

March 21, 2025: Fort Mill, SC 29715

In Friday's league match, the host Fort Mill Yellow Jackets softball team scored a tight 8-7 win over the Northwestern Trojans.

The Yellow Jackets (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Lancaster (Lancaster, SC). The Bruins come into the non-league match with a 5-2 record. In their last match, Lancaster was nipped by Blythewood (Blythewood, SC), 8-6, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Trojans confront the Rock Hill Bearcats (Rock Hill, SC) in a AAAAA Region 3 match, on Tuesday, March 25. Northwestern will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Bearcats come into the match with a 2-5 record after their 19-0 league loss to Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC).
