The Kerens Bobcats softball squad scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Frankston Indians to 4 in the Bobcats league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Kerens improves its record to 9-8 on the year. The Bobcats travel to LaPoynor (LaRue, TX) to face the Flyers in a 1A Region III District 20 contest on Tuesday, March 25. The Flyers enter the contest with a record of 10-7. LaPoynor won 21-3 in their recent league contest against Avalon (Avalon, TX)
