Virginia High School Softball - Lancaster bested by Middlesex

The Middlesex Chargers triumphed over the visiting Lancaster Red Devils softball squad by a count of 11-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Chargers meet the Rappahannock Raiders (Warsaw, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 25. Middlesex will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.

The Red Devils (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Mathews (Mathews, VA). The Blue Devils enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Mathews was routed by Northumberland (Heathsville, VA), 13-4, in a non-league challenge.
