In Friday's non-league test, the Moulton Bobkatz (Moulton, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Louise Hornets (Louise, TX), by a tally of 16-1.

Next, the Bobkatz clash with the Shiner Comanches (Shiner, TX) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 25. Moulton will attempt to advance on its 6-8 season record. The Comanches go into the test with a 16-3 record after their 14-7 league win over Ganado (Ganado, TX).

The Hornets (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Schulenburg (Schulenburg, TX). The Shorthorns come into the 2A Region IV District 29 battle with a 2-13 record. In their last battle, Schulenburg ran past Bloomington (Bloomington, TX), 17-2, in a league battle.
