The St. James Sharks softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Myrtle Beach Seahawks to 0 in the Sharks league win on Friday.

The Sharks now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carolina Forest for a AAAAA Region 6 battle on Monday, March 24. St. James will confront a Panthers team coming off a 20-3 league win over Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 8-3.

With the loss, Myrtle Beach moves to 1-3 on the season. The Seahawks travel to Conway (Conway, SC) to confront the Tigers in a AAAAA Region 6 battle on Monday, March 24. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 6-4. Conway lost 7-4 in their recent league battle against North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC)
