The North Gaston Wildcats (Dallas, NC) softball the host Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC), 13-10 in Monday's league bout.

The Wildcats (2-1) will now prepare for their bout against Stuart Cramer (Belmont, NC). The Storm go into the Big South 3A bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Stuart Cramer held off Cherryville (Cherryville, NC), 12-1, in a non-league bout.

The Jaguars now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they host South Point for a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 24. Forestview will confront a Red Raiders squad coming off a 12-4 league loss to East Rutherford (Forest City, NC). The Red Raiders record now stands at 0-3.
