The Randolph-Henry Statesmen baseball team (Charlotte Court House, VA), was overwhelmed 8-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing with the host Appomattox County Raiders (Appomattox, VA)
The Raiders now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Altavista for a Dogwood outing on Friday, March 25.
Next, the Statesmen face the Lunenburg Central Chargers (Victoria, VA) in a James River test, on Tuesday, March 29. Randolph-Henry will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Chargers come into the test with a 2-0 record after their 8-1 league win over Nottoway (Nottoway, VA).
