North Carolina High School Baseball - Newton-Conover loses to Bandys

The Bandys Trojans crushed the visiting Newton-Conover Red Devils baseball team by a count of 11-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host West Caldwell for a Catawba Valley Athletic 2A bout on Friday, March 25. Bandys will face a Warriors team coming off a 8-2 league loss to West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 0-10.

Next, the Red Devils face the Bunker Hill Bears (Claremont, NC) in a Catawba Valley Athletic 2A bout, on Friday, March 25. Newton-Conover will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Bears enter the bout with a 2-6 record after their 19-3 non-league loss to St. Stephens (Hickory, NC).
