Spectators at Tuesday's league battle between the Oxford Prep Griffins (Oxford, NC) and the host Eno River Bobcats (Hillsborough, NC), saw Oxford Prep's baseball squad beat Eno River by a margin of 18-2.

Coming up next, the Griffins play the Falls Lake Firebirds (Creedmoor, NC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 23. Oxford Prep will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Firebirds enter the battle with a 5-0 record after their 20-1 non-league win over Vance County (Henderson, NC).

The Bobcats now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oxford Prep for a Triangle North 1A battle on Friday, March 25.
