In Tuesday's league game, the visiting Metrolina Christian Academy Warriors baseball team scored a nice 13-1 victory over the Gaston Day Spartans.
The Warriors (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Concord Academy (Concord, NC). The Eagles go into the NICSAA Metrolina game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Concord Academy overcame Calvary Day School (Winston-Salem, NC), 1-0, in a non-league game.
The Spartans (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Providence Day (Charlotte, NC). The Chargers go into the non-league game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Providence Day overcame Cannon (Concord, NC), 10-0, in a league game.
